If you encounter a bug or any technical issue, we encourage you to report it to us immediately.
Make sure to follow these steps:
1. Replicate the issue several times. Take note of when it happens, and the steps taken prior. If you have another computer, check if the issue happens on both.
2. As much as possible try to record your screen. You may use any screen recording app you are familiar with, but we highly recommend using Loom.
3. As the bug happens, press the following key combinations on your keyboard:
- If you have a Mac OS: press CTRL OPTION SHIFT 7
- If you have a Windows OS: CTRL ALT SHIFT 7
This opens a window that lets you save the .cspro logs.
Include the following information when submitting a trouble ticket:
1. The computer's operating system and specifications
2. The .cspro logs
3. The screen recording of the issue.
4. The entire .cspro project folder
